You will be asked for the following information:
A member of the Help Desk team will log the fault/maintenance request and will allocate each job a unique reference number. This reference number should be used in any further contact which you may have with the Help Desk.
The Help Desk is staffed, Monday to Friday, from 8.45 am to 5.00 pm.
Outside these times you should report any URGENT faults/problems to our Security Office on Extn: 7003 or 01786 467003
